Awakening: Encourage individuals to awaken to their full potential and the interconnectedness of all beings and to cultivate awareness, mindfulness, and growth.
Integration: Help individuals integrate different parts of themselves and different perspectives to create wholeness and harmony, both within themselves and in their relationships with others.
Nourishment: Belief in the importance of self-care and community care that nourishes the mind, body, and soul through healthy habits, relationships, and practices.

Yolonda adopts a justice approach, seeking to gain a deeper understanding of how social injustice may have influenced or impacted those that she serves. She approaches the individuals, organizations, and communities that she serves with empathy, recognizing and honoring their unique cultural backgrounds and the ways in which these contexts shape their experiences.

Yolonda employs several strategies to support individuals, communities, and organizations in addressing issues of oppression and marginalization, making sure that people of all backgrounds and social identities are seen and heard and have access to what they need to feel valued and be successful. She believes in co-creating a world where everyone knows what belonging means.

Yolonda believes in the inherent leadership potential possessed by every individual. She works with individuals and organizations, using experiential learning to cultivate awareness while fostering trust that lends to self-inquiry, clarity, an understanding of their leadership potential and an increased confidence and capacity for effective leadership.
